Brand new article: Initial Assessment of Issues plus three DCOs

We are delighted to announce that the second new article plus three DCOs have now been uploaded onto the National Infrastructure Planning Service.

Initial Assessment of Issues describes how an Examining authority will make an initial assessment of the principle issues arising in an application prior to the Preliminary Meeting and how applicants and interested parties can use this as a useful steer in identifying areas in which further work can be focused. This new article is part of the Pre-examination, examination and post-examination section.
